THE JOY OF ANSWERED PRAYERS
Scripture Reading
“And this is the confidence that we have in him, that, if we ask any thing according to his will, he heareth us.”

Message
Prayer is one of the greatest privileges God has given to His children. Through prayer, we communicate with our Heavenly Father, pour out our hearts before Him, and receive His grace, wisdom, and strength. God not only invites us to pray, but He also delights in answering the prayers of those who seek Him according to His will.
Answered prayer fills the heart with joy because it reminds us that God is faithful to His promises. Sometimes His answers come immediately, while at other times He works through His perfect timing. Whether His answer is “yes,” “wait,” or “I have something better,” we can trust that He always acts in love and wisdom.
The Bible is filled with testimonies of answered prayers. Hannah prayed for a son, and God gave her Samuel. Elijah prayed, and fire fell from heaven. The early church prayed for Peter, and God miraculously released him from prison. These accounts encourage us that the God who answered their prayers is the same today.
Never allow delays or challenges to discourage your faith. Continue praying with confidence, thanksgiving, and perseverance. God’s silence is not His absence, and His delays are not His denial. He is working behind the scenes for your good and for His glory.
Today, approach God’s throne with boldness. Present your requests with faith, trust His timing, and rejoice in the assurance that He hears every sincere prayer.
Confession
I pray with confidence because my Heavenly Father hears me.
His promises are true, and His timing is perfect.
I walk by faith and not by sight.
I rejoice in the assurance that God is working all things together for my good, in Jesus’ Name. Amen.

Prayer
Father, thank You for the privilege of coming into Your presence through prayer. Strengthen my faith to trust You completely, even while I wait. Help me to pray according to Your will and to remain confident in Your faithfulness. Let my life be filled with testimonies that bring glory to Your Name. In Jesus’ Name, Amen.
