THE ANOINTING FOR WEALTH CREATION
Scripture Reading
“But thou shalt remember the Lord thy God: for it is he that giveth thee power to get wealth, that he may establish his covenant which he sware unto thy fathers, as it is this day.”
— Deuteronomy 8:18 (KJV)
Message
God is the ultimate source of every good gift, including the ability to create wealth. The Scripture teaches that it is God who gives His people the wisdom, strength, creativity, and opportunities to work diligently and produce wealth. This ability is not given merely for personal gain but so that His purposes may be fulfilled and His name glorified.
The anointing for wealth creation is expressed through wisdom, diligence, integrity, faithful stewardship, and dependence on God. Throughout the Bible, men like Joseph, Daniel, Lydia, and the industrious woman in Proverbs 31 demonstrated that God blesses those who work faithfully, act wisely, and honor Him in their endeavors.
Wealth in itself is not the goal of the Christian life. Our greatest treasure is Christ, and our highest calling is to love God and serve others. Financial resources are tools entrusted to us to care for our families, help those in need, support the work of the Gospel, and bring glory to God.
As you seek God’s direction, be diligent in your work, develop your skills, and manage your resources wisely. Pray for discernment, avoid dishonest gain, and commit every business decision to the Lord. When your heart remains surrendered to God, He will guide your steps and provide what you need according to His perfect will.
Today, thank God for the gifts, abilities, and opportunities He has given you. Trust Him to lead you, bless the work of your hands, and help you become a faithful steward of every resource He entrusts to you.
