OVERFLOW AFTER OVERFLOW
SCRIPTURE
John 10:10 (KJV)
“I am come that they might have life, and that they might have it more abundantly.”
LIVING IN THE FULLNESS OF CHRIST
God’s desire for you is not merely that you survive life’s challenges, but that you experience the fullness of the life He has given you in Christ. Jesus came to give us abundant life—a life defined by His presence, sustained by His grace, and directed by His truth.
In Ephesians 3:20, the Bible declares that God “is able to do exceeding abundantly above all that we ask or think, according to the power that worketh in us.” Observe that His power is already at work within the believer. You are not left to navigate life by human strength alone; the Holy Spirit works in you, building your faith, renewing your mind, and enabling you to fulfil God’s purpose.
Overflow begins with the life of Christ finding expression through you. As you grow in the Word, your understanding increases, your character matures, and your capacity to serve becomes greater. This abundance can be expressed through spiritual growth, peace, wisdom, fruitful work, loving relationships, and material provision for the responsibilities God has entrusted to you.
God’s blessing is not an invitation to selfishness. He blesses us so that His goodness can reach others through us. As 2 Corinthians 9:8 teaches, His grace enables us to have sufficiency and abound in every good work.
Therefore, refuse to measure your future only by your present resources. Walk in fellowship with the Holy Spirit, act on God’s Word, and remain faithful in your assignments. Let His life flow through you, producing fruit that brings glory to His Name.
CONFESSION
I have received abundant life through Jesus Christ. God’s grace is at work in me, and His Word continually transforms my thinking. I grow in wisdom, faith, character, and effectiveness. I receive God’s provision with gratitude and manage every resource faithfully. My life is fruitful, and I am equipped to bless others and fulfil God’s purpose. In Jesus’ Name. Amen.
