THE END OF SPIRITUAL DRYNESS
Scripture Reading
“For I will pour water upon him that is thirsty, and floods upon the dry ground: I will pour my Spirit upon thy seed, and my blessing upon thine offspring.”
— Isaiah 44:3 (KJV)
Message
Spiritual dryness is not God’s desire for His children. He longs for every believer to live in the freshness of His presence, the joy of His salvation, and the power of His Spirit. No matter how dry or distant you may feel, God is able to refresh your soul and restore your spiritual vitality.
There are seasons when life’s pressures, disappointments, distractions, or neglect of spiritual disciplines can leave a believer feeling weary. But God’s promise is clear: He will pour out His Spirit upon those who thirst for Him. His presence revives the weary, renews the weak, and restores those who seek Him with sincere hearts.
The end of spiritual dryness begins with a renewed hunger for God. As you return to prayer, meditate on His Word, worship Him, and yield to the Holy Spirit, He fills every dry place with fresh life. What once felt empty becomes full of His peace, joy, and power.
God’s Spirit is like refreshing rain upon dry ground. He softens hardened hearts, restores lost passion, strengthens weak faith, and produces lasting fruit. Where His Spirit is welcomed, revival begins.
Do not settle for a dry spiritual life. Draw near to God with expectation, knowing that He is faithful to revive all who seek Him. The season of dryness is ending, and a season of refreshing has begun.
