DAILY GRACE DEVOTIONAL BY EVANG UBONG IFIOK

THURSDAY, MAY 14TH
FAILURE IS FAR FROM ME
Scripture Reading
“Nay, in all these things we are more than conquerors through him that loved us.”
— Romans 8:37 (KJV)
Message
As a child of God, failure is not your identity and defeat is not your destiny. You were born of God and empowered to overcome. The Bible says you are more than a conqueror through Christ. This means you do not merely survive challenges—you rise above them victoriously.
There may be moments when things do not go as planned, but that does not define your future. Temporary setbacks are not permanent failure. God is able to turn every situation around for your good and use every experience to strengthen and prepare you.
When you understand who you are in Christ, your mindset changes. You stop speaking defeat and begin to declare victory. You stop seeing obstacles as barriers and start seeing them as opportunities for growth and testimony.
Failure thrives where fear, doubt, and hopelessness dominate. But faith changes the atmosphere. As you fill your heart with God’s Word and align your thoughts with His truth, confidence rises within you.
You are not abandoned to struggle through life alone. God’s wisdom guides you, His grace empowers you, and His Spirit strengthens you daily.
Walk boldly with this consciousness: failure is far from you because God is with you.
Confession
