THE CRY FOR REVIVAL

Scripture Reading

“Wilt thou not revive us again: that thy people may rejoice in thee?”
Psalm 85:6 (KJV)

Message

Revival begins with a cry. It starts when God’s people become dissatisfied with spiritual complacency and develop a deep hunger for more of Him. Throughout Scripture, every great move of God was preceded by hearts that longed for His presence and power.

The cry for revival is not merely a desire for better circumstances; it is a yearning for a deeper relationship with God. It is a passion to see His glory revealed, His Word honored, and lives transformed by His power.

In a world filled with distractions, God is calling His people back to intimacy, prayer, and wholehearted devotion. Revival is born when believers humble themselves, seek His face, and turn their hearts completely toward Him.

Perhaps there are areas of your life that need fresh fire, renewed passion, or spiritual awakening. God is able to breathe upon every dry place and restore what has grown cold. He delights in reviving hearts that sincerely seek Him.

Today, let your heart cry out for more of God. Ask Him to renew your love for His Word, deepen your prayer life, and awaken a fresh passion for His purpose. Revival starts with a willing heart.
